If you want to skip all of the game and go right to the Mewtwo level simply enter this codes at the Trainer Selection screen: Hold Z and press B, Up, L, B, A, Start, A, Up, R.
Think you're ready for the S-Hard (which we're guessing means Super hard) Level, but, you just haven't got he patients to earn it?
Hold Z and press R, L, A, B at the Difficulty Selection screen.
Tired of only being able to set your speed to 50? Try this code at the Title screen: hold Z and press B, A, L, L.
To open "V-Hard" (very hard) mode in Pokemon Puzzle League select the game as normal, and in the first Game Settings screen do the following: hold Z then tap L, L, A and then B.
